The terrain is characterized by a unique view on the Mangart mountains.

The project is realized with a timber frame structure, with CLT slabs. It hosts two apartments with large windows on the south side and a more compact elevation on the north side.

It is a high energy saving building also equipped with a natural ventilation system.
